Celebrating Creativity: Guerlain's Painting Workshop

 

In August, Guerlain entrusted us with the task of creating a painting workshop as part of their customer appreciation campaign. The workshop aimed to immerse VIP customers in a hands-on experience, featuring a ceramic pot adorned with Guerlain's emblem.

Navigating Unique Challenges

While adept at workshops, our expertise primarily lay in calligraphy. Transitioning to painting and illustration for ceramic surfaces presented unique hurdles. Another challenge we had to overcome was to design a motif that was easy enough to achieve within 30 minutes.

Innovative Approach

To overcome these challenges, we took an abstract approach to painting, adapted techniques and carefully selected fast-drying paints, ensuring a seamless experience for participants within the short session.

The workshop received enthusiastic participation from Guerlain's guests, who delighted in the immersive and hands-on nature of the experience. Participant feedback underscored the enjoyment and creativity fostered during the workshop.
